keelay explains why creating a cavalry unit in a nation without horses won't work. It sparks this:

genericminion: Even if you did get horses, your entire area is covered in lions who would probably see those horses as food. What, the nations are at least two thousand years old, and can't even keep lions off their farmland? :p

keelay: They use the lions as troops, actually!

genericminion: You still need to keep them from eating the peasants.

beardedtroll: Nah. You only need to keep them from eating too many peasants.

Context sounds like a cross between Risk and D&D.
